Return Policy
Our return policy states the conditions and processes for the return or exchange of goods purchased, for applying for refunds, and the cost of shipping.
We take pride in delivering top-notch merchandise, but if you encounter any issues, please act promptly. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 4 weeks of receiving the product. In the rare event of a lost package, submit your claim no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Rest assured, any errors on our part will be covered by us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are exclusively offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. Should you find yourself in this situation, don't hesitate to reach out to us at contact@printamerch.com. Simply attach photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we'll swiftly resolve the issue for you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@printamerch.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item for refund/exchange. Also, shipping cost (which you paid when you initially ordered) is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund, i.e., we will only refund the cost of the product and not the shipping fee.
If you are returning an item for exchange, you will need to shoulder the shipping cost (which is same amount you paid before we sent the original item) to deliver your exchanged product.
Return Address
If you are returning your product either for exchange or refund, you should mail your product to our fulfillment center. Please email us at contact@printamerch.com and we will reply with instructions on how and where to mail your returns.
